The Women's Retreat is scheduled for March 12th - 14th at Cannon Beach Conference Center. The cost is $180.00. We are also offering an option for the women of Montavilla to attend the sessions by zoom for free.

Montavilla Women’s Retreat Information

Meeting together:  You will need to wear a mask at all times while in the Conference Center and practice social distancing in the general areas.  We will be organizing women into pods of 6 women.  The pods will eat together at the same table during meal times and they will also sit together during the sessions.  The pods will be put together by rooms.  The pods will also have rooms next to each other.

Roommates: you are allowed to have more than one roommate.

Meals: the conference center can only have 50 people in the dining room at one time, which includes the staff.  If we do have more sign up, we will need to split our meal times.  We will make sure our schedule adjusts for this, if necessary.

Translation: all of our information will be offered in English and in Spanish.  We will also be showing videos which will include subtitles.

Zoom: if you are planning to join the retreat from home, you will need to register so that we can get you the link and additional information.

Cannon Beach/County restrictions: if eating at the local restaurants, be prepared to eat outside and to be in a group of 6 or less.  We will know the current restrictions for Clatsop County the week of the retreat and will have that information to you as soon as possible.

Snacks & Water:  If you bring snacks, they must be prepackaged per person.  We cannot have open bags of popcorn, chips, cookies, etc.  Also there will be no water stations, but we will be providing bottle water and we will have coffee.
